Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia and disorders of thyroid function

Abstract


Pregnancy is associated with physiological changes in thyroid function that can make the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism difficult. Many symptoms of normal pregnancy mimic the symptoms of hyperthyroidism.
